Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once dispatched, your order is handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Tracking Number

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website.

Please note that during busy seasons or holidays, there may be delays in updating the tracking information in our database. As a result, the last process indicated on the tracking page may not fully reflect the current status. However, rest assured that the process shown has been completed, and we are doing our best to keep you updated.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates based on the transit period after your order has been dispatched. Your location will impact the overall delivery time. Please refer to the estimated delivery times for your country below:

- United States / Canada / Australia / United Kingdom: 4-9 business days

- European Countries: 5-9 business days

- Rest of the World: 5-10 business days

Keep in mind that during peak seasons or due to customs procedures for international orders, delays might occur beyond our control.

At Luvarium, we aim to provide efficient shipping to our customers worldwide. We have established warehouses in the following locations:

United Kingdom: Unit 6, Castlereagh Business Park, 32-34 Hibernia Street, Belfast, BT5 5DW, Northern Ireland.

Canada: 1001 Industry Rd, Vaughan, ON L4L 4Y7, Canada.

Spain: Calle de la Industria, 25, 28022 Madrid, Spain.

Hong Kong: 3/F, No. 8, Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong.

    Depending on product availability, your order may be shipped from any of these locations. Please note that items shipped from different warehouses may have slight aesthetic differences, such as inscriptions tailored to specific markets. However, in terms of quality and functionality, all products are identical, as they are produced in a single factory.

    Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

    It’s crucial that your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may cause delays or result in order cancellation. Our customer support team will email you within 3 business days if there are any issues with your address. If we don’t hear from you within this time, we may cancel your order.

    If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us at luvariumcontact@gmail.com within 24 hour of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    Once your package is handed over to the courier, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at luvariumcontact@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you. We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier, as they have specific procedures for lost or stolen packages.

    We’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf and may offer a replacement if the package cannot be located. If the courier cannot find your package, consider filing a police report.

    Taxes and  Fees

    Please be aware that VAT, customs fees, and shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of returns as specified in our Return Policy. These fees are part of the purchase and cannot be refunded, even if the product is returned under the applicable terms.
