Performance Cycle

Shock absorption
The carbon fiber baseplate absorbs impact, easing joint load.
Support & stability
At footflat, carbon elements provide enhanced support and stability, reducing the risk of foot twisting or injury.
Energy storage
Loading the foot stores energy, which is released during push-off.
Energy Return
Like a spring, the deflected carbon fiber insole seeks to return to its natural shape. As you push off, the carbon element releases the stored energy, propelling you forward or upward with greater force.
Performance Results

Vertical Force (Blue)
Acts upward or downward, affecting movements like jumping or squatting.
Anteroposterior Force (Red)
Moves forward or backward, crucial for activities like running or sprinting.
Mediolateral Force (Green)
Moves side to side, important for lateral movements and stability during sports.

Why do I need to enter my sport?
Why do I need to enter my sport?
Different shoe types fit differently. For example, soccer shoes fit much more tightly than basketball shoes. We accommodate for these differences by having different foam cushions. Because of this, it may be difficult for an athlete who plays multiple sports to move their MVPs from a loose fitting shoe to a tighter fitting shoe.
How do I know MVP Insoles will fit my shoes?
How do I know MVP Insoles will fit my shoes?
MVP Insoles fit true to size. If you are a size 7 shoe, order a size 7/7.5 insole. LUVARIUM takes into account that some sports shoes fit more tightly (cleats, spikes). That's why we also ask for the sport you are playing. If any problems with fit once you receive your MVPs, simply contact us and we will arrange for a free exchange. We get the size right about 98% of the time!
How are MVP Insoles customized for each athlete?
How are MVP Insoles customized for each athlete?
MVP Insoles are designed to be highly personalized based not only on shoe size, but also based on sport and body weight. MVPs come in 5 levels of flexibility because a bigger athlete generates more ground force than a smaller athlete.
Do MVP Insoles come in different widths or arch types?
Do MVP Insoles come in different widths or arch types?
No, we do not make MVPs in different widths or arch types. They have been designed to be arch agnostic and our sizes are very generous in the width. Our MVPs fit most foot types and sizes, but if any issues with comfort after trying, please contact us.
If I am on the border of a weight level, should I go up or down?
If I am on the border of a weight level, should I go up or down?
We usually recommend going down. The weight level is a big factor in determining the MVP’s Pro Level (flexibility). While a higher Pro Level may provide more spring, it’s very important that you are able to comfortably flex your feet for the insoles to be effective.
If I sometimes wear a 7.5 shoe size and in other shoes wear a 8, what size MVP should I order?
If I sometimes wear a 7.5 shoe size and in other shoes wear a 8, what size MVP should I order?
We recommend that you select the shoes you will be wearing your MVPs in the most and choose that shoe size when selecting your MVP size. Any issues with fit, please contact us and we can arrange an exchange.

Performance Questions
What’s Unique About MVP Insoles?
What’s Unique About MVP Insoles?
MVP Insoles feature a patented carbon fiber baseplate, customized based on your sport, gender, age, and weight. The carbon fiber design is engineered to help store the energy you create and then return it to you during push-off — which can help support explosiveness, speed, and vertical movement.
Stock foam insoles, commonly found in many sneakers and cleats, tend to compress under pressure which may result in lost energy. MVP’s carbon fiber baseplate is designed to help store and return that energy back to you — which can support energy return, stability, and performance with each step.
Why does LUVARIUM customize the stiffness of its carbon fiber baseplate?
Why does LUVARIUM customize the stiffness of its carbon fiber baseplate?
MVP Insoles are designed with a carbon fiber baseplate that is customized based on an athlete’s height, weight, and sport. This customization helps match the stiffness of the insole to the athlete’s typical energy output. A stiffer baseplate is selected for athletes who generate higher force—such as those in high-impact sports or with greater body mass—while a more flexible baseplate is used for athletes with lower force output. This design is intended to help with energy return and responsiveness during explosive movements, such as sprinting and jumping.
What do we mean when we say MVP Insoles can “return energy”?
What do we mean when we say MVP Insoles can “return energy”?
When you run or jump, your foot naturally generates energy with each step. MVP Insoles are designed with a carbon fiber baseplate that can store some of that energy during foot strike and release it during push-off. This energy return mechanism is intended to support more efficient movement, which may help athletes during explosive actions like sprinting and jumping.
Can MVP Insoles support explosive movements, such as sprinting and jumping?
Can MVP Insoles support explosive movements, such as sprinting and jumping?
MVP Insoles are designed with a carbon fiber baseplate intended to store and return energy with each step. This energy return mechanism is engineered to support efficient movement and force transfer, which may help athletes during dynamic actions such as sprinting, jumping, and quick directional changes. While every athlete is different, the insoles are crafted to support explosive performance by enhancing responsiveness and stability.
Are MVP Insoles comfortable despite the stiff carbon fiber baseplate?
Are MVP Insoles comfortable despite the stiff carbon fiber baseplate?
Yes, MVP Insoles are designed with comfort in mind. Each insole consists of three carefully engineered layers that are intended to work together to help balance performance and comfort. The bottom layer is a carbon fiber baseplate, which provides the stiffness intended to help support energy return. The top layer is made of high-density closed-cell foam for breathability and durability. Sandwiched between these layers is a low-density closed-cell foam layer that offers flexibility and a soft, cushioned feel.
This multi-layer structure is meant to provide a balance of support, responsiveness, and comfort during long practices, games, or high-impact activity.
Are MVP Insoles Permitted in Sports?
Are MVP Insoles Permitted in Sports?
Yes, MVP Insoles are permitted in competitive sports. They are designed to help store and return energy already generated by the athlete, without introducing any external energy source. MVP Insoles have been worn by athletes at the highest levels, including professional and collegiate sports.
Note: It’s always a good idea to check with your sport’s governing body for any sport-specific equipment regulations.
Can MVP Insoles help with traction and grip in cleats?
Can MVP Insoles help with traction and grip in cleats?
Yes, MVP Insoles are designed to help stabilize your foot inside the cleat, which can support a stronger connection with the ground. By limiting unnecessary movement underfoot, this added stability may help with traction and grip during sprints, cuts, and directional changes.
Support and Stability Questions

The structured baseplate and locked-in fit are intended to support overall foot alignment, which may influence how stable an athlete feels during play.
Can MVP Insoles offer support athletes with flat feet or high arches?
Can MVP Insoles offer support athletes with flat feet or high arches?
MVP Insoles are designed with a structured base that may help support athletes across a wide range of foot types, including those with flat feet or high arches. The insoles are customized based on your height, weight, and sport, which allows for different stiffness levels that can complement different support needs. While individual comfort can vary, the goal is to provide a stable, responsive foundation no matter your foot shape.
